Gujarat Women Will Get A Loan Of This Amount At 0% Interest, Announced By Gujarat Government | Scheme Update | Gkjobs.in



 

For the first time in the state, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday will open a new path for women to become self-reliant in the changed economic situation and social lifestyle after the Corona epidemic.  The Mukhyamantri Mahila Kalyan Yojana will be launched by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.  Under this scheme, loans will be given to 10 lakh women of 1 lakh women group of Gujarat at zero percent interest and with this loan women will be able to become self reliant.
 
The government has prepared a plan to provide assistance up to a total of Rs 1,000 crore to women's groups under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Kalyan Yojana.  Importantly, women will also be exempted from the stamp duty required for the loan and the interest on the loan will be borne by the government.  A loan of Rs. 1 lakh will be given to a woman from a women's group by the government under this scheme.  Women can avail these loans from government, cooperative, private and RBI accredited credit institutions.  In this regard, the state government will soon sign an MOU with the banks to link the scheme.

It is also learned that a group of 10 women will be formed under the scheme.  A loan of Rs 1 lakh will be given to a group of 1 lakh women.  The loan will enable women to start small and large businesses, housing industry and trade.  On the other hand, a budget of Rs 175 crore has been allocated for Mukhyamantri Vijay Rupani Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana, which covers a total of 1 lakh women groups in rural areas and 50,000 in urban areas.
 


This scheme will be implemented in rural areas by Gujarat Lively Hood Promotion Company of Rural Development Department.  The Urban Livelihood Hood Mission of the Urban Development Department will implement the scheme in urban areas.  With the release of this scheme by the Chief Minister, millions of sisters of Gujarat will become self-reliant
